Structure characteristics

Automatic loading and unloading bobbin,no need manual operation,bobbin will be automatically sent to out of protection cover,which can guarantee staff safety.

Dual bobbin take up support bobbin,clamp bobbin and press wire use   Pneumatic,fast and slow can be adjusted.

Traverse uses T type wire screw,servo reduction motor,driven by servo

Drive,and automatically follow take up motor,with good traverse quality.

Traverse left and right(front and back)move,making bobbin change.

Dual bobbin has designed wire press roller mechanism when changing bobbin preventing wire damage when wire is apart,reducing waste of guide wire.It has function of bottom layer automatic wire pressing head ,reducing waste of wire when stranding.

It has air pressure sensor,when air pressure is lower than regulated value,it will send out stop signal,safe and reliable.

Full welding structure,structure is tight,rigidity is good,easy for installation.

Traverse uses Delta servo motor and controller.

Middle relay,AC contact,air switch below 63A uses Siemens brand

Uses Siemens S7-200 independent control operation

Siemens brand PLC,for inspecting display of checking and faults.

Meter counting signal comes from main machine.
