1, Production scope: 5~45mm², one machine with two product line

2, Pay off stand:  bobbin moving type pay off,in order to keep the line straight and in the center, lifting and lowering by electric.and the pay off tension adjust by pneumatic damp, the diameter of payoff bobbin is Φ800mm(match with extruding unit bobbin, in order to not damage the conductor when pay off)

3, Straighten device: 10 piece straightening rollers, its surface is polishing and Chrome coated;

4, Washing device: it can polishing conductor by four brushes on four sides, and equipped with cleaner;

5, Film-wrapping installation: 2 film tapping heads, each tapping heads can wrapping 2 layers, and two heads opposite in wrapping direction, the pitch can adjust by stepless speed variator ( taping pitch excursion is small, and running stable)

6, Traction: Caterpillar, thickness synchronized gear type belts,the fixture device is mechanicaltype;

7, High-frequency sinter device:equipped with water cooling device 60KW ( make the output of high-frequency constant, enable to guarantee the quality of products)

8, High-frequency location device:silicone rubber wheels roll extrusion on all sides from up/down & left/right, the stress can adjust manually.

9, Movable type baking oven: one baker the length is 2 meters, the temperature can adjust, equipped with temperature control meter.

10, Water cooling device and air-dry device: enable the conductor cooling and dry.

11, Take up stand: lifting and lowering by electric, traverse by plain pole, and torque motor control;
