Main Features: Each stranding cage is driven by separate AC motor and gearbox, which can rotate at right or left. Gearbox has 2steps (high and low).
P/O tension of single wire is inspected electrically and controlled pneumatically. It can be adjusted by pneumatic proportion valve imported from It can estimate the breakage signal of any bobbin in each stranding cage accurately by using the digital quantity scanning, and the breakage position can be shown on the touching screen.
