    Component of equipment parts:The plant consists of pay off device (dynamic model), softening oven, fore and rear stand of sheaves, hot air circulation oven, take-up device and electric control board etc.

     

    1. Payoff

    1.1 300 iron spool, damping wisk type pay off device was adopted.

    2. Softening oven

    2.1 Slant water seal with steam protection were adopted to prevent oxidation of copper wire and has blow-drying and baking device.

    2.2 The effective length of softening oven is 6000mm, 30 stainless steel pipes (182) of which two pipes are stand-by, its maximum temperature is 550.

    2.3 One set of steam generator with electric heating fitted with alarm of low water level.

    2.4 PID temperature control instrument was adopted for softening oven; the control is divided into three points (at fore, middle and rear).

    2.5 Separate left and right controls were used for speed-assisting device of wire inlet of softener.

    3. Fore and rear stands of sheaves

    3.1 The alnico made reversal sheaves with ceramic coating are adopted on fore and rear stands of sheaves.

    3.2 The conical traction rollers with surface ceramic spraying are fitted on fore stand of sheaves, separate control on both left and right sides and synchronous belt transmission is adopted.

    3.3 The enamel application vat is equipped on the rear stand of sheaves, its motor is quality brand and the rotation can be adjusted through inverter. Both sides of enamel vat can be controlled independently.

    3.4 Double enamel troughs and double enamel roller are adopted for enamel application method;the enamel scraping device is fitted on the surface of enamel roller (independent enamel feed and return at fore and rear,left and right sides).

    3.5 The enamel tank which is made up of all stainless steel feeds enamel circularly and adds enamel automatically and has constant temperature.

    3.6 Equipped with 2 sets enamel tanks, which is made up of all stainless steel feeds enamel circularly and adds enamel automatically and has constant temperature also with alarm function.

    4. Oven

    4.1 The horizontal catalytic burning and hot air circulation type is adopted for the oven.

    4.2 The double catalysis framework is adopted, metal catalysts or ceramic can be used for first catalysis, and ceramic catalysts are adopted for second catalysis. The exhaust value reach environment purification apparatus.

    4.3 The effective length of the oven is 4200mm.

    4.4 Quality stainless steel plate is adopted for the inner liner of the oven and catalytic chamber; its hard to deform and is durable and stands against high temperature of 1000.

    4.5 The oven has four temperature control points at inlet, center, outlet and before catalysis.

    4.6 The main circulation and exhaust discharge fan are made of quality stainless steel and the inverter is adopted for control.

    4.7 28 hot air dampers are set up to ensure the consistent color of 28 wires.

    5. Take-up

    5.1 The number of line for take-up is 30 lines; turret type semiautomatic spool changeover technology is adopted. Suitable for PT4-25 take up.

    5.2 The traverse system is divided into left and right and inverter is adopted for speed adjustment.

    6. Electric control part

    6.1 The inverter with speed adjustment is adopted for main transmission motors, motors of circulation fan and motors of exhaust discharge of electric control part.

    6.2 Quality brand product is adopted for PID temperature control instrument which has alarm system for super high and low temperature limit, acoustic and optical alarm of electric control board added with alarm clearing button.

    6.3 Steam generator of low water level alarm device are adopted.
